Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. You can request a return for a refund within 14 days post-delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging, including all documents shipped
- Not a customized, personalized, or engraved item, as these are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
